Acupuncture and Chinese medicine may support people who are hoping to expand their families, whether through spontaneous conception or the use of assisted reproductive techniques (ART) like IVF, IUI or ovulation induction.
There are a few reasons you might find yourself on this page.
You might be on the front foot, thinking ahead and preparing for an enriching preconception period.
You may have been trying to conceive for a while and are casting the net out, looking for information and resources to help you. You may have been given clear diagnosis or reason that conception has been difficult, or it might be the vague catch-all that is applied after 6 or 12 months - “infertility.”
